Calling Greg Sousa w6ezv

(Pic from 4.9.04 HamFanz Archives)
Where oh where is ‘The Voice of Reason’? Once a nightly presence, perhaps even a high-up member of the ‘Cult of the Loop’ now he is almost never heard from.

No doubt he is busy with job and family (Hey, we miss the pics of the kidlet too!), but Greg, can’t you set aside ONE evening a week to get on that radio? 3.720, The Elites, are waiting for you! Or if you can no longer do the ‘after midnight’ gig, how about The Short Attention Span Network on 3.740, you would be welcome there. Or how about 3.840, lots of new Generals there now, you might find someone to ‘relate’ too. Greg, you are missed (even if you were seldom ‘reasonable’)!

That dude's boring, Evvy. More Wingate antics, please.

Greg used to think he was the bouncer of 3840. He was frequently threatening to kick people's asses. Come to think of it. Those were the only times that he even approached being entertaining.

I just think that if Greg wants to be a disc jockey, he should go to work for an AM broadcast station. And his playlist leaves a lot to be desired. Billy the Bill Collector, W6WBJ

First of all Evvy, Greg's call is W6EZV, not W6EDV. Secondly I enjoy his absence from the ham bands, all he did was badger Steve, jam, threaten people with physical violence and make laughable legal threats. Now while I have never met Greg in person, I cannot really state much more than what I have heard first hand on the radio and my own personal experience with Greg on the air. So, the longer Greg stays off the air the better and that's all I have to say....

Wellll, excuse me for making a common typo!

Perhaps if I got 'paid' more I could hire someone to proof...

While you're at it, "Craig", a trip to the BARBER is time well spent. Brylcream: a little dab will do ya.

Well, anyone who knows me knows I won't conform to the stereotypical male image. I've never liked having short hair, ever. I used to throw hissy fits when my mom would take me to the barber, eventually they just gave up. Same with sports, I couldn't give a rats ass about the Super Bowl. It's rare that I meet someone be it at a hamfest or in everyday life that someone suggests I visit a barber, they usually ask “how long I have been growing it out?” Most women I come into contact with ask. “can I braid it?”

Greg, W6EZV, was on 3720 last night at WARFA impersonating Billy, W6WBJ, even giving Billy's callsign. It was on the Parump receiver and replayed Sunday. I wonder if anyone will send it to the FCC as a complaint about Greg Sousa's violation of FCC Part 97?

Dunno, Steve, too bad you weren't sober enough to do it yourself.

I would prefer to let someone else take care of that because I am busy with other things. Naturally, you have to insult me anonymously. What does that say about you?

Steve, I absolutely agree with you on this.

What is it with all the 'whimps' who can not even use their name? What kind of person has to 'hide' behind an 'anon' or fake ID?

Cowards all! And I've been saying this for years.

Well, what it says to me, Steve, is that Greg is one of the biggest hypocrites to ever come down the pike.

A drunk is a drunk is a drunk. And no matter how you cut the mustard, Steve Wingate is a drunk. Nothing out-trumps a drunk, nothing. Instant stupid in a bottle, no questions asked. Good thing about drunks, they eventually die from their disease. It's a slow, painfull process that unless you stop drinking you can't avoid. So long wingnut, Timmy awaits your company.

This is humorous. Two blatant violators of regulations threatening to report voilations. Pot calling the kettle?
